Abdulwahed Abdulazeez Returns to ABU as Guest Speaker, Inspires Future Leaders


 In a powerful return to his alma mater, Abdulwahed Abdulazeez addressed students of Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria as a guest speaker — delivering a message of resilience, clarity, and future-driven leadership.


A former President of the Anatomical Students’ Society of Nigeria (ASSON) during his time at ABU, Abdulazeez spoke with pride and purpose, sharing the values that shaped his journey from undergraduate leadership to becoming a notable entrepreneur and youth voice in Nigerian politics.


> "Leadership begins where excuses end. We must be brave enough to become the answers our society is waiting for," Abdulazeez told the packed hall of students and faculty.


The event was part of ABU’s Homecoming Series, celebrating outstanding alumni who have made a mark in society. Abdulazeez, now Executive Director of Cowries Blues Investment Ltd, emphasized the power of education, service, and vision, calling on the next generation to build beyond borders.
